Signing in. When you create a Convrt account with Google, we ask only for your name and email address. We use them to create your account and sign you in, nothing else. Convrt never reads your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts, and never asks for them.
Connecting Instagram or Facebook. When you connect a business account, Convrt receives the messages and comments customers send you, so the assistant can read them and reply on your behalf. That is the entire purpose of the connection. Convrt does not post to your feed, does not message people who have not contacted you, and does not sell or share your data or your customers' data with anyone. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
